A truly beautiful temple for Lord Buddha located in bylakuppe near Coorg. The entry is free and one is expected to remove ones shoes while entering. The temple is very beautifully decorated in a very unique way both inside and outside. The deities of buddha being around 60-65 feet. A really majestic temple which surely requires a visit.

This temple has a proper allocated parking place and upon entering the temple you can find a peaceful place with the mesmerizing view of the temple and the beautiful architecture.

The detailed paintings, the Golden Buddha's, the premises and the architecture of temple - all are really good and worth the trip. The way the statue's glow in the natural sunlight and the way it brighten up the room is something you have to witness yourself. There are areas inside the premises where the entry is restricted during their prayers, and for some areas you might need to get special permissions. But the main Buddha Temple premises is open for the visitors.
